Been an Iron Man fan and having built several I have to say you've done a cracking job on that :smiling3:

thanks. i painted it based on screenshots from the avengers movie. the paint instructions in the kit itself... i dont know where they got their scheme from but it's not based on any of the movies as far as i can tell.

i really like the kit. i would love to do another one someday.

they discontinued it? that's a shame. unless they're going to come out with a new pose or armor variant. i loved this kit.

you did a great job. did you have the led's going straight into the hand holes? i put the kit white discs on and had the led directly behind it so it's a little muted. i like your hand lights a lot better than mine.

I think they're 1/8 scale. The lights did not come with the kit. They were from a website I found, came pre wired to the led's, so all I had to do was position them and run the wires through the body to the base.

I did this one a couple of years ago but had to add my own lights. I used Alcad paints to get the metallic look. Its been a regualr on our club stand at shows for the last couple of years - the kids love it!

Sadly in this photo you can't really see the effect of the lighting...
