Another dalek on the go just for a break from other builds this will be one from the second TV dalek story

For the moment i have glued the saucer to the main hull but not the top to the bottom so I still have access to the electronics

More wiring installed and the circuit board that controls all the flashing lights in the saucer I know it looks a mess but hopefully it should all work if I have followed the instructions correctly.

The last part of my work area arrived today

All the saucer lighting finished and impulse leds fitted

Good news I am back on this until its finished as all problems have been solved. At the moment I am currently wiring in the light's for the saucer having a new work area helps but it's taking a bit of getting used to.

After many years of building kits with a board on the lap and messing work space beside me I have now got some space to set aside for a proper work area This is the current set up And the space I will be transforming I already have a desk and ordered a spray booth I just need to get another...

Not so much what's on the bench more like what's on the shelf gathering dust been looking at me for best part of the year so it's time to finish it just happens to be revells 1/32 tornado

A strange kit to build due to way the window and nose cone are constructed not the best of kits but if you want something in this scale it's OK. I have added a magic scale modelling lighting kit see the video

Took me about 20 minutes each wing and here's the results

Finally managed to sort out the lighting now I just have to carefully get them back in the wings
