Thanks for your kind words! Some bits were really tricky. I was satisfied with flaps masters only after I made third set :D I use 5x magnifying lamp and sometimes that is not enough. I wish I had some good camera plugged to some LCD screen ;)

Hi, This is my last update. After almost a year of struggle I finally finished it :) I made the canopy frames mostly without the 'glass' Also the engine is stripped of the cowling. I finally made some weathering on the beaching dolly. And now I am ready to take some gallery shots :cool:

Hi, The thickness is one of the key factors in softening time. 2 mm and 0,2 mm is a big difference. Regards, Peter

Thank you! With a good magnifying glass it is simplier than it looks. Dave I've seen your Bristol Scout and admire your effort of scratch building. These days models tend to get bigger and bigger so for sake of micro modelling each and every small scale model is significant :D

Hi Ian, Thank you for your kind words. I think that from time to time all of us gets hit by the 'modelling madness' :)  Unfortunatelly my insanity can't be cured and more stripped seaplanes are on my wicked mind  :D

I started "experimenting" with preshading substitute made with fine marker. The complete wing is going to be set ready for flight but the one stripped down si going to be folded: I bent the bigger zig-zacs with aid of tweezers and a hobby knife: But at the wing tip - the zig-zacs...
