This was built for a 4 year old (my wife's hairdresser's son). It's based, loosely, on the Kenner Firehouse and is made from wood and MDF. I've made it quite robust, but you can guarantee something is going to fall off! It could have been a bit neater on the inside, with a bit more sanding, but...
