Good evening all,
Here is my latest creation I'd like to share with you all. My previous (fairly recent) figure didn't seem to generate any interest so I thought I'd up the ante and do another one!
Hope you all enjoy it.
Kind regards and hope you're all well on the Forum!
Gavin
From the get go I decided to forego lacquers and enamels in order to stay on the good side of those who live with me. So, I’ve been using mostly Vallejo water based acrylics which required a learning curve. Acrylics In general dry quickly and inevitably on the tip of the airbrush or inside the...

It's done!
For me this is a first in many ways:
1st big scale 1/12 car
1st 'old' kit
1st time fixing huge panel gaps
1st time recreating rivet details
......
It has been great fun! Looking forward to more 1/12 models.
Hi guys!
This time I'm sharing my CB900F and Monkey 125 in 1/12. I was surprised how simple these two kits were. Well, even the packaging are smaller than most Tamiya bikes. It took me two days to complete each bike from the beginning.
CB900F
This was a relatively old kit and the chrome parts...
Hi guys
This is my '84 NSR 500, 1/12 by Tamiya. I was immediately attracted by the unique design of this bike the moment I knew About it. With its expansion chamber on top of the engine and fuel tank at the bottom, it was the complete opposite to all other motorcycles and a real engineering...
My take on the Tamiya 1/35 US Navy PBR 31 Mk.II Patrol Boat 'Pibber' (35150)
This build was enhanced by the use of the Eduard PE set 53010.
You can read about this build, here.
That is all.

I always intended this build to be a quick one and it has caught me by surprise a bit as it is close to being finished already, even though I only started it a week ago. However, I have taken plenty of photos so you can see what I have been playing about at!
The box artwork which is similar to...
After returning from Hobby Craft, this is my first haul! I’m planning on hand painting the smaller parts with a brush. Do I need to prime the smaller parts too? Has anyone got any advice on hand painting parts? I bought 5 brushes as pictured, any help would be appreciated!
Recently got my hands on this kit of the 2004 Yamaha M1. It looks stunning, but I’m definitely going to leave it for a while before I attempt to build it!
Morning all,
as a small number of you already know my father passed away at the end of January and I lost interest in the builds I was doing. I found it hard to concentrate on pretty much anything.
A few weeks ago I placed an Amazon order for something small and used this cheap old Tamiya kit...
My second attempt at modelling, in recent years. I think it was a great kit for a beginner, I really enjoyed building it, went together easily and has lots of options and accessories. Probably overdid a lot of the weathering, but it’s turned out to look like a very well worn in machine. Quite...
This is the first model I’ve built for a long time, since I used to build Airfix planes as a kid. It’s the first tank I’ve built and the first time I’ve tried all the weathering techniques.
I know it’s not historically accurate and it’s not as good as the stuff in the magazines and on here, but...
Just finish my Panther , my very first Panther. And this is and old kit from Tamiya, the fit is not so good. But still very easy and simple to build, typical Tamiya kit.
I have a full build video of the kit : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKjM8sFiWik
Thank you for watching
I just finished the tamiya M113 . very easy kit and have decent interior details. Nice for beginner , i think this is an old kit . But after i took the photos i realize that the M113 was made of aluminum so there is no chipping. And after some research i find out that the M113 is hard to chip...

Hi all,
My current work in progress is this amazing Tamiya "Zeke" with PE goodies and Metal Barrel. So far it's been a fun build.

Hello friends, on this occasion and for a long time with enough desire I present you the T34 / 76, a medium tank of Soviet manufacture. Made of the Tamiya brand at 1/35 scale. It's the only Russian vehicle I have and I hope it's the first of many.
Greetings and I hope you like it
