A couple of years ago I used Tamiya gloss lacquer (spray can) to produce a very good mirror finish using my Harder and Steenbeck CR+ (0.4 mm needle). The thinner/cleaner is Cellulose Thinners. I used lots of this thinners to very thoroughly clean the AB (including use of an ultrasonic cleaner)...
