My guess is that it's an Academy Model.

The text in the bottom says "Made in Korea" which only leaves Academy Model as a choice.
Not a high-end kit so don't expect much. Selling pre-built, painted and weathered models is a tricky business even for pro's like Michael Rinaldi. (his sells but we're not talking any serious money...)

Can't you make room for them yourself as a memory of your uncle?

It's the 1/35 Academy Tiger 1. Mid production. I have the exact same one. I've just looked under it's belly and the words are exactly the same.

It makes up in to a very nice, well detailed kit.
