Hi guys

Not a gun or rail related for a change, and my first aircraft build for 35 years! saw a model built a while back with just the crashed comet and wanted to build one but adding more with the finding of the crash.

removed all flying surfaces from wings and altered positions also removed some panels and added the machine gun showing where wing is ripped off , altered pilot to look injured.

any comments or questions welcome.

So! Your first 'wingy thingy' for 35 years? If I spent the next 35 years doing nothing but practise my modelling, I wouldn't be able to match this. I think that's fabulous.

Excellent, that is one lucky pilot as those lil' suckers tend to go bang when they are landed too hard! O.o 9_9 B|

Superb Barry! That's an amazing dio, and the quality is top notch - even more so in the 'Gentleman's Scale' :smiling3:

Excellent diorama very well executed. I especially like the injured pilot and aircraft detail - very, very nice indeed.

I'm imagining that all the fuel has been used in the rocket plane before this crash as this was extremely volatile stuff! The slightest knock or accidental spill would have had that airframe engulfed in flames instantly. With enough fuel for only 40km of flight though an empty tank could be very possible!

Great diorama.
