Great stuff so far! This diorama has to go down as one of the biggest on this site. How big do you plan to go? Pretty soon you’ll have a scale model of the whole of Normandy!!!!

It is nice to see a model where the vehicles exist in a landscape - gives a completely different perspective on things. At this scale realistic tank engagements could take place.

Dunno Rick, mustagotitina grab bag. Was the lower hull, rear plate & suspension/tracks shown of a partial Tiger I resin kit. Can't get Heiser anything anymore.
Just have a little more paint & gardening to do. Here's Rick's funker.

Superb result.....and well thought out I suspect the tracks are from H&K.....if they are be careful, they are quite brittle.

Jim, thank you, how come your picture is clearer than mine? I really struggle w/photography. I use a Coolpix that eats AAs like crazy. I need to consult w/grandaughter to take advantage of my smartphone photo features.
