Hi Si,

I remember some of these

Those T54's are not the best - I have the same kit. It has been sat here part done since 2013

Yours looks good - the camo may be artistic license but it doesn't look out of place. I've seen similar

I have a few of the Miniart T54 & 55's now and they look very good but are more just assembly tasks than modelling as they have so much detail

I still haven't started my Blazer - too many kits, not enough time :smiling4:

Liking the small stuff :thumb2:

Morning Simon,
Yes that T54 wasn’t the best kit but was cheap! Gave me chance to try out some modifications and led to a couple of the miniart kits appearing in the stash:smiling5:

Glad you like the small stuff, not on your level as they are pretty much out the box. The T80 was a very detailed build, whereas the BM you could of tweaked the details all week long!

I always think my 72 scale builds look better viewed from a distance....I’m sure you’ll agree :smiling5:. But just for you mate....

A day of bad weather down here on the West Sussex coast yesterday so I was up in the attic rummaging about in the stash/built kit boxes.
Then I had the brainwave to lay them all out! then I thought “ I know, I’ll take a few pictures”....so I did.
Can’t believe that this was all I’ve built in the 10 yrs since I started making models:thinking:

BE058C4C-1648-44ED-8291-894C629DF706.jpeg

There are another 5 or 6 that either being built or are waiting to go on bases. A quick bit of maths says I’m averaging 1 kit every 2 and a half months. So easily have enough in the the stash to last another 10 yrs:smiling5:

If you’d like to see anything in a bit more detail or want to now what the kit is, give me a shout.

What a collection Si.
Does the heat in the attic not effect them then. Ours seems so hot.

Hi John,
Well they are all kept in shoe boxes and apart from some smaller bits that seem to have come unstuck, the seem unaffected.

That's good to know Si running out of room here, have said to Christine they will have to go in the attic. She's suggested taking photos of all of them before I move any and to print them off .

Hi Si
I'm another who does not seem to have a lot to show since taking up the hobby 9 years ago. Although I DO have a lot to show when it comes to pots of stuff guaranteed to produce stunning results (in someone else's hands!), eBay bargains that were just too good to miss and boxes full of junk that I'm sure will be useful some day. Ah well cheaper than beer and loose women and tolerated by the missus.
Quite a collection you have there including a car and sci-fi. You need a ship build now?
Jim
