I am going to jump in at the deep end as I have always promised myself this kit and it was purchased using my Christmas money.
On first inspection the moulding looks good no flash to speak of and mould seems not very noticeable.
On with the spure shots and that took an age in itself and I am glad to see rubber tyres.
The IP has seperate decels for each instrument and note the number of stages and parts.P1040337.JPGP1040338.JPGP1040339.JPGP1040340.JPGP1040341.JPGP1040342.JPGP1040343.JPGP1040344.JPGP1040345.JPGP1040346.JPGP1040347.JPGP1040348.JPGP1040349.JPGP1040350.JPGP1040351.JPGP1040352.JPGP1040353.JPGP1040354.JPGP1040355.JPGP1040356.JPG

Good start Peter, but dear me, the amount of filling, to my mind, is just not acceptable. So top marks for the job you're doing on them.

I'm sure you'll make a top class job of the model.

Just a quick one regard pin marks. I read somewhere (sorry, not a chance I can remember) that what look like ejector pin mark's , on the inside of the cockpit, actually represent a genuine characteristic of the real thing. We need interior pics to confirm or deny my sad old memory !

The original Mossies had circular wooden discs bonded into the structure to allow for mounting various bits and pieces later.

Found one. Little round things all over the cockpit walls.
