I found this starter set in a local charity shop for £3. Due to the ongoing building work at home I just needed a quick fix of glue and plastic. It really is a lovely little kit and the first I’ve brush painted in a very long time. The last pic shows why I prefer 1/35 and larger DF543C1C-0238-4E56-ABAC-A78AE3E17E1B.jpegF81FCA67-7922-44A0-86AA-F8DE26314B3D.jpeg2313EC04-74C8-4096-8CBC-92C6A4CD92B2.jpeg01A25AE6-004F-4C0C-8A29-0FCB60636CEF.jpeg

Mick.
This will be a good way to keep the mojo up while the building work goes on and a bargain too.
Looks good to me.
I remember the real one up to its hull in water at Bordon Camp and getting soaked connecting to the towing points. Those were the days:smiling:

Mick,
Good distraction from the major builds to keep the mojo up. I'll have to dig up some of my small kits and have a go.

Cheers,
Richard

A very nice quick fix Mick. It certainly has come out well. Hopefully the building work will be over soon so that you can get back to your magical dios.

That is a nice piece of work Sir. Sometimes a distraction is good for the soul. Hope the work at home ends soon and you can get back into the swing of things. Nice hairy stick work too Mick!!!

Prost
