Ammo paint or tamiya?

Hey. Benji here. I am at my AMMO by MIG and where looking at the construction. Where they only was showing their paint. I will be able to figure out what paint it is. But i am just sounder. If i should buy the ammos paint or just use tamiya. What will be best result?

Benji,
that rather depends on you! Both paints will give excellent results, it's how you use them that will make a difference. I personally would use Mig Ammo, Tamiya paint doesn't hand brush very well, and you can't airbrush everything. It can also depend on which paint is more avaiable, or cheaper!
In my own paint box, I have all sorts of paint, Vallejo, Mig Ammo, AK Interactive, Hataka, all of them will give good results by hand brush, or airbrush - and all clean up very easily, and I use tap water to thin!

I won't use Ammo paints again, after two of the colours in a set of three failed to cure properly. Never had any problems with Tamiya except their limited range of colours.
