Hi I'm going to have ago at building a steampunk tank, as my Renauult FT17 has died a death, I'm using a AMX13-105 hull & running gear and the turret is from a Toon Tiger the boiler & pipes chimneys will all be scrach built and the colours will probably black/brass/copper.

I started with the hull & running gear.

Let the fun begin.

A 138 rivets later theres loads more to come :crying:.

Hope you find this build interesting.
Pete.

Hi got a bit more done.

First off I've turned the tank round the front is now the rear :surprised: .

Made up the front part of the boiler, added strengthening bands & rivets.

Cut out the rear to take the boiler.

Added the two chimney stacks. (there not finished yet)

Next up is to make a new front and finish the boiler/ pipes, waiting on some Steampunk gear to come in the post.

Thank you for looking in.
Pete.
