Shame about your disaster Theuns, it's

happened to me many times!

It's a lovely Hurricane though, lots are being built on here so I'd better try my hand at one!

Cheers

Very nice Theuns.

You are right Patrick it is a cosy looking aircraft well worth the effort. Built one early in my model making and it still sits there in the front.

Think we all have those moments Theuns. Always seems to be the under cart. Sometimes feel like self inflicting with a hammer.

Great build Theuns. A shame about the damage after your build was finished but the repairs look okay.

Well done Theuns, the more Hurricanes the better.

I feel your pain, I had a backboard fall down on a 1/32 scale model (a Hartmann 109) a while ago. I did fix it, but nearly binned it! The undercarriage and two propeller blades were broken along with the usual little fiddly bits. That sinking feeling as I lifted the board will never be forgotten.

I haven't seen it for years, probably in the loft.

Cheers

Oh Steve, that must have hurt!

Happy mine was an el-cheapo mistake to learn from.
