Here's my 1/1200 Japanese Battleship Yamato on a base.

She has been spotted by U.S. carrier borne aircraft. Despite her massive defensive armament, she is over whelmed by the shear number of attacking torpedo bombers and fighter aircraft.

She sank after a known 11 torpedo and at least 6 bomb hits. Most of her 3000+ crew went down with the ship.....

First wave, and Yamato veers sharply to Starboard...

Thanks boys, I'm glad it passes muster....

Unlike that 'Kamikaze' dio. I did, there's no 'levitation' of the aircraft - I just held on to the port wing tip and moved it about a bit and hoped for the best.

Judging by your excellent comments, it looks like it, somehow, worked.:smiling3:

Cheers,
Ron

Another cracker Ron!

PS You never did get to show how you did all your 'levitation' pictures on your Kamikaze build!

Thanks Boys.

John, after I've taken a few pictures, all my stuff goes up into the loft. The Corsair was no exception, what you see is a few years of dust and spider's webs!

Cheers,
Ron
