Hi, I have a problem with my short term memory and also with my concentration so I wondered if there was a good book that I could buy that covered painting techniques. There are a lot of excellent sources on the net none more so than this forum and the videos on YouTube but I need a book to be able to put a bookmark in so I can go back to where I need to be.

Hi Stephen,
for what models are you looking for, most books are specialized for example boats, planes Armour figurines and if it is for oils or acrylics.

But Osprey got some good books.
Andrea productions has 2 books whit F.a.q
There are a lot of books out there

Cheers
Richi

Hi Stephen,
a good source would be
Advanced Techniques Painting and weathering Military vehicles

advanced-techniques-painting-and-weathering-military-vehicles.pdf.jpgadvanced-techniques-painting-and-weathering-military-vehicles_1.pdf.jpg

another possibility would be that you print the for you interesting articles from the digital books, (just for personal use of course) and then you can make a reverence book for yourself with all the information you need.

Steve,
If I locate the subject I want on you tube what i do is to drag the address which is located at the top of the page. It starts with a circle with the letter i in the centre and a shield to its right. I hold down the left mouse button and drag this to my desktop, do as many as I want and at the end of the session I can right click on each one and 'Rename' them, it will not affect the address, for example Tamiya Paint. Make a new folder on your desktop give it a title such as UTubetutorials and then drag all of your addresses into the folder. All ther for future use, just double click on whichever one you want to view.
