Thanks Ron,Tony and Andy, very much appreciated.

Well the idea i had didn't work so i used polyfilla to make the waves, painted then a coat of epoxy resin for that all important wet look. This is the first time i've built something in water so i don't think i've done a bad job, not as good as some i've seen but i'm happy with it. Just need to add the pilot and it's finished.

John, I'm sorry to hear about the loss of you Uncle. :sad:

As for the build, I think it's fabulous! I'd like to try something like this myself one day.

WOW , fantastic work john! The sea is brilliantly done ( both the making and the painting) combined with the spit its a superb scene , looking forward to seeing it with the pilot , cheers mate tony

That water / sea effect is excellent John! It looks very realistic, especially the way it comes over the wings.
