Well, after a bit of a struggle, and the odd mis-step, here we are

This was actually my first choice for the GB but I got sidetracked by the Hawker Hector (now I can finish that!), the SE5A and biplane #4 (soon to appear)

As a comparison, here's my 'Expedition' DH89 Dragon Rapide, with whom the Breda shares a common ancestor in the DH84 Dragon

As can be seen the two 'planes are quite different, but would be easy to mistake for each other

Oh yes. And a big shout out and thanks to Andrea (Andy the Sheep), for his invaluable translations, pointers, information and ideas. Without whom...
Cheers, mate. Ciao!

Great stuff chris , it looks lovely . Striking comparison though , the Breda looks a lot chunkier than the svelte dh89 , probably seated more people too , cheers tony

Actually, the Breda seated six, the Rapide can go up to eight! For some reason, that's due to there being a rear bulkhead at the back of the passenger compartment, right in front of the door. In the Rapide you go straight into the passenger compartment
I guess the Italians wanted to have a lobby in their 'plane

Or a coffee bar...;)

Very nice, Chris. A F'ugly beast but a great finish. It put up a fight but you certainly tamed it.

Now, if only I'd had a fine spray head to my airbrush, which works, I could have spayed on the green for a 'softer' effect, but I can't be TOO dissatisfied with the result
Especially as you chaps appreciate the outcome

Many thanks for noticing!

Well done Chris. It was a bit of a tricky build, but you got there.
