I'm calling this finished............................Fin 01.jpgFin 02.jpgFin 03.jpgFin 04.jpgFin 05.jpgFin 06.jpg

HobbyBoss have made a nice model of the Mk I. Fit was excellent, no filler used. I'm forever grateful to the person who found that the Tamiya Matilda tracks would fit! ( I sadly can't remember who ). I'm sure that the individual links would be nice, but the flexibles have saved me time and vexation. The Tamiya Matilda comes with both flexible and link & length tracks, so no problem with stealing the flexibles. As is usually my case, I got this model at a good discount - I'd like to make the Mk II** from HB as a side by side comparison, but at the normal cost of around £34, is not to my taste.
I have a lot of patience - I can add this to my ( mental ) wishlist, and keep looking.
I'll be starting a blog of the ICM 1/48 Henschel Hs 126A-1 Condor Legion recon plane later on in the week.........
Thanks for looking in!
Dave

Hi Dave,
Great job on the Vickers...first time I saw one of those it was in my older brother's Dinky Toy collection. Close to 65 years ago now. Looking forward to the He 126 blog.

Very nice finish to an early British tankette.

Hi Dave
Another quality model on the shelf - looks great and I don't recall seeing it built before.

I really like making models that are not as popular, or as common! If I made a Tiger, I would be conscious that 90% of modellers have made one, and are familiar with details and versions!

Dave,

Lovely finish on the green and not too heavy weathering on the tracks.
Fantastic looking little build.

Paul.
