Nice little model - no fit problems. The only part I added was the clear hatch ( a B-17 astrodome, I think! ). ICM have really improved their models, and Revell are canny in reboxing it.
My next build will be the HobbyBoss 1/48 FJ-4 Fury, starting shortly.............

Beautifully done Dave. A very convincing worn finish.

Jim,
for such a simple model, it came out quite well! You can still pick up the original ICM boxing for around £11. The Revell version seemed to have vanished, their reboxings only seem to have a limited lifespan.

That's great work David, nicely weathered and good use of the Boeing astrodome.

Dave,
Very impressive. Just enough weathering to make things interesting. Thanks for sharing.

You must live in a mansion! Where do you put all your builds?? Another great addition to the collection

Steve,
they're all in cases displayed in the basement ballroom ( it used to be the swimming pool, but I always use the one in the conservatory, so I had it converted ).
I WISH!
Seriously, though, they go on display for a while, then are displaced by newer models, going into boxes for storage. Some do find other homes, though, if friends particularly admire a particular model ( not very often, though! ) :smiling3:
