Final large lozenge decals added. I added the two 'V' decals on the fuselage - the port one took me longer than adding the top & bottom lozenges! It developed a twist, and a fold, and I had to get it back onto the backing paper to sort it out..........top wing decal 01.jpgtop wing decal 02.jpg
The propeller has had it's 4 makers badges applied - although you can barely see them.
Next, all those rib tapes on top & bottom wing, and all the ailerons - oh joy!

After a struggle getting the mojo for the rib tapes - I'm finally getting towards a result!nearly 01.jpgnearly 02.jpg
I don't think I would attempt another model with this number of decals ( on such a small airframe ). There are 184 applied so far, and with 4 still to apply!
I'm not happy with the satin finish, it's a bit too shiny, so I'll mix up some satin & matt varnish to flatten things down. - I think the next pictures will be appearing in the 'completed' section
