Here is my latest effort, something a bit different. I do sunken wrecks, am into boats etc so started to think about doing a undersea scene in a box.

Diving bell is scratch built, diver is GI Joe-repainted. Rock/coral is hard painted sponge. There is a piece of tinted Perspex to slide down the front to give the impression of darkness yet be able to see the diorama.

Thanking you Joe, something different, it worked sort of...the diving bell looks great but I was going for a perspective kind of look so it should have been a tad smaller...never mind, we live and learn...hopefully.

I love it, what a fantastic idea, I wonder what it would look like if you made a narrow tank with two pieces of glass half inch apart spaced with some clear plastic square section or similar, sealed and stuck together with clear mastic and then filled with waster and put in the front opening so you are looking through water.

There is a cut out in the box to have a piece of tinted Perspex fitted...as for the water effect...interesting. Glad you like it.
