What are you trying to achieve Si ? Drummed into with video filming not to introduce effects which become so powerful that the viewer will admire the effects rather than the subject portrayed.

I would say 3 and 6 have the beginnings of something. Thinks the 1 and 2 break the above principle.

After saying that masters of their arts have that peculiar air of being able to break every rule and principle and produce a stunning picture or film.

I sometimes use Pixlr Express on my phone to adjust the ' look ' of some of my photos, but in general I'm with Laurie - most of the time I end up sticking with the original!

It's good for period shots though :smiling3:
