Hello
I present you another kit built some time ago.
It is a F6F-5K the drone version of the hellcat used during the post war atomic test "operation crossroads" in the bikini atoll in 1946.
The Eduard's kit is very good and easy to build. I improved it with some PE into the cockpit and the engine.
The first is ended, I just have a problem to correct the additional fuel tank.
I like the original colour of this plane.
Currently I am building his brother for a diorama presenting two F6F-5K based in bikini. For the second one, there will be an important work to detailed the engine. Pictures of it coming soon.
