Some bits n bobs from John at the shop arrived this morning
And a bargain find off the web
oh I like that lot, very nice a few things I,could use and need as well,
Got one of my eBay bargains through the post today. Probably not the best kits in the world, but for £12 perfectly fine to practice on.
nice Bob,will look forward to seeing this one,
Can't beat a good Ferrari
except when its a revell enzo......id beat it with a stick........not a good kit......the F430 is lovely to build though
eBay bargain #2 arrived today, £11 for this little beauty.
I like that one Bob and a great price
Cheers Ian, I do love a Warthog.
That's a really nicely detailed kit, I built it many many years ago. The only problem I had with it was the cover that went on the top of the fuselage and engines, it took quite a lot of filing and sanding to get a good fit. I also helped make a small part of the real aircraft, we made the movement sensors that were used on the auto cannon.
On my continued theme of 'Woody's' I've won this kit, on ebay UK, and although it doesn't show any 'Wood' on it, I've found photo's of one of these at a USA car show and will copy that!
nice looking van Patrick, should be a nice build,
Finally I got the prezzie ever a man cave all to myself whoopee
More plasticky goodness in the post today.
I've really been looking forward to getting this one as my Dad drove a Centurion Mk V during national service in the 1950's.
looks a nice kit Bob,should be a nice build for you,
Cheers Moni. Will be my first kit with PE which should prove interesting. Saying that I'm going to build a few other kits first to get my skill & experience levels up, so that I can give this one the justice it deserves.
Eventually I'd like to get a British Centurion Mk V to build and give to my dad.
cool,Bob do understand were your coming from,as I always try my best with kits,as for the people who, make them for us,
Cheers Monica, we'll have to see!
Here we are my 24.99 tropical spitfire from Hawkins bazaar I picked it up this morning on my way have from hospital
On the subject of Spitfires, this arrived today. Box is a bit battered but the contents are fine and still sealed in their original bags. For £10.50 I'm not going to complain.
