you could put them on here ... then ask Ian M (or another Mod/admin) via PM to kindly move the thread to the relevant section when he's on next.

Looking Good Alan, Big in it!

As suggested, I have move this to the Under construction section for boats and ships. A bit more at home here.

I don't think ill try anything this big again lol its a nice kit to build but you have to make sure you have enough room to build it , I must have knocked thhe rudders off five times

only real problem I had was attaching the decals to the conning tower they go under a railing if I had known that in the begging I would have attached them first then the railing.

also I think I got carried away with the weathering its such a big area you can get to close to the project but im happy with it and enjoyed it.

now I just need to find a place for it !

I have one in my stash .it was £25 from Modelzone I think they wanted the room .

I have no where to put it .

If build it ,maybe one day .I would ballast it and seal it put in a solar powered engine ,go down to the south coast and launch it south going .

Such fun.

Really well done Alan, the weathering doesn't seem over the top at all ... i expect they got really beat up during their tours.

All you need now is a bit of board 4ft long and you can set to work on the diorama :smiling3: :smiling3: :smiling3: :smiling3: :smiling3:
