Hi

Some may recall that a couple of years ago I was given some 28mm figures of Nogin the Nog which I painted and mounted onto a wooden base: https://www.scale-models.co.uk/threads/noggin-the-nog-and-friends.37533/

i was given a few more figures from the growing range and decided rather than extend the base, I would build a boxed diorama of Noggin's throne room, here are a few photos of the results:

in addition to the main charachters, there are now 2 sleeping guards, a mounted guard outside as well as some of Nogbad's crows on a tree outside the window Nogbad is standing alongside - plotting with his crows no doubt!

I remember the originals fondly. The extras and the display are brilliant. Real fun stuff.

Hmmm...
"Noggin the Nog" eh !!...
... About 17:40, just before the News started on BBC1 back in my childhood days :smiling3: ....
... If it wasn't occasionally replaced by "Ivor the Engine" of course!!
Cracking stuff there Peter :smiling3:

That looks great Peter, but Noggin the nog, isn't something I remember much about. Now that might be because I'm only 54, and too young to remember. Or because I'm 54 and my memory has failed me !

Thanks for the comments guys.

Like many, I have fond memories of returing home. After school to watch Noggin, and Ivor!.

With 20/20 hindsight I think I made the room a little too deep, but to late to change it now. A fun project.
