Scary stuff all those gaps and filling and sanding cockpits looking nice I'm sure the rest will follow.

Nice engine detail Peter.


A lot of filling. But compared to another Revell it looks as though it is beatable.


Good start Peter you certainly shoot along with your projects.

Moulding the date on the outside of a panel - why did the maker think that was ok ??

Well i have made a restart only to find that the starboard wing is out of line by nearly 1mm and the port wing has a large gap so big i could hide in and as i am not in the mood for to much work.


So its back in the box until i feel in the right frame of mind to finish it View attachment 114573

Fair enough Peter, you have certainly been busy and this is a very old (1974 stamped on that underside) kit. Look forward to seeing it re-emerge in the future.
