Maybe a cut-off lever' date=' unless it was converted to sparkey?[/quote']*** Sorry,explanation here,the Comp Special had a cut off timer which swivelled about the needle,mine had turned without me noticing it over the years this caused poor starting due to being over-choked,I never even realised that it was fitted with a timer until Gig pointed it out to me.

.. Stumbled across this forum while searching for more information regarding Captain Milani - My father (J D Carrick) was given a Fiat CR 20 by Milani (as a wedding present) and on a recent visit to see him it was given to me and now

hangs in my hall. A bit the worse for wear after nearly sixty years and several house moves it's still beautiful and very much appreciated.
