This one has been done before but this one will be an out of the box build as it replaces my old one that is some years old and is looking a bit worn.

On opening the box there is no air space left and a lot of parts and a giant decel sheet.


Here are the pics the first is of my old one to give some idea of the size.


I have made a start on one of the rear end parts whitch has had a grey primer and two of red before i will do a top coat of gloss red brushed on20160109_094658.jpg

Hi Adrian I have done this kit last couple of years and it's a lot of plastic. A very detailed kit and I can't think I had any problems with the fit. I went with Revell paints ( Aqua ) and I think I went through 3/4 reds.

I`'ll be watching your progress on this one Peter....... Much of my youth was spent riding, jumping on and off them and smoking Players No6 on the top deck....... Happy days.

No figures i am afraid as i don't do online and i have no model shops with out going miles

Another week gone by and a little bit more done the engine is now finished and some other exsaust bits i have brushed liquid poly on and gone with baking powder for texture followed by the rust color20160121_155734.jpg

After a bit of work the chassis is now finished and the engine is in but i can't recall it having this many bits on it
