Hi John, matron will send me off to my room for not replying earlier. Thanks, yes these figures are quite nice to work with. I guess the Tamiya ones will even be better. Nothing to report though.

Cheers,
Richard

Paul, I'm hoping it'll be something but not sure if it's a masterpiece. It may be one of the smallest vignettes I've done with just four figures in 1/35 scale.

Cheers,
Richard

Hi, I must apologise for neglecting the figures but in the last weekend I managed to paint in the faces while managing our hobby event booth. Still needs blendingI suppose but with the naked eye and safe distance it looks smooth. H/P camera pixels might be not hi-res enough and is picking up layerings creating a rough texture. Also the glaze medium I used has left a glossy coat which needs matting.

I have yet to paint in the eyes. Boy does it look rough.

Can anyone tell me how to edit the title as I want to add in "GB" at the end.

Cheers,
Richard

Richard.
Worry not no one is going together that near, unless they've shrunk. Bet they look perfect from the normal distance. On mine its best at 10 paces.:smiling2:

Hi Peter, Steven and John, thanks, appreciate the comments. I had to do something about them since I started a while back. I fear that mine needs 10 paces as well. :smiling4:

Let's see what a layer of matt will do.

Cheers,
Richard

Hi Richard - I think you need a moderator to make thread title changes

It is scary how different things look at large scale zoom isn't it - I have found that with my current WW1 figure

Thanks Simon, I hope a moderator is watching this.

Yes I should have expected it as I've seen my face close up in the mirror and the pores can be scary as well.:smiling6:

Cheers,
Richard

Thanks Steve, if you don't mind the leap frogging that I often do.

Cheers,
