Hi John,

Great work on the new shop, im sure it will be better than the last, though i thought that that was a good site to.

Im having a problem, dont know if anyone else is so it could just be me. I have put in my billing address no problem. When i put in my alternate Shipping address the billing address defaults to the Shipping address. I have tried to correct it but then it just loops. Can you help.

Hi Andy, log in to your account click on the address book link on the left on that page top right you will see add address, click on that put your details in and choose make default billing/delivery address

Failing that, on checkout it gives the option of sending to the billing address or a different one.
