Coastal Kits - they do a selection of "ground blur" display bases in 1:72 / 1:48 / 1:144 scales.

Should be fairly easy to make yourself with an aerial photograph, an image editor, a printer, though.

Peter - i suppose i should not be surprised that somebody produces this type of base, although 'i had not come across one before.

Jakko - depending on the ground being depicted it may be possible to replicate with oil paints and normal ground work techniques, although since I am not into aircraft it is not something I will try to do.

If you’re a good enough painter you can replicate anything that way — for us mere mortals, an image editor is probably quicker, simpler, and gives better results :smiling3:
