None of your links work for me - are your settings allowing public viewing?

Hi. No idea what I am doing wrong.

Here is a link to somebody elses video of the same kit: Here which hopefully will work.

My guess, like I hinted at above, is that it’s to do with Facebook. I don’t use it myself for various reasons (which is also why I’ve not tried viewing the video you posted there), but I suspect it could be with who you’ve allowed to view the video in the first place.

It does. As an added tip, if you just paste the URL to a YouTube video on a line by itself, the forum here embeds the video into your post:

At last!

I must admit, it is not something I would have bought, but my nephews tend to find unusual presents for me and it was a fun evening putting it together. Sort of where insects meet engineering meets art. Goodness knows where you would start the design process, facinating engineering.

Well no luck here either:cold-sweat:.
Still I bet you had fun building it. I had a look on that UTube link, they were amazing.

Hi Peter
They’ve been all over the UK news today as apparently Nasa are interested in the technology...still think they’re slightly creepy though .

Guys

They are amazing to watch. i am not surprised NASA are interested, put on a planet with a wind and they can travel without motors. Playing with mine we got it to go up a 1cm step so the real ones may well be able to cross rough ground.

I agree with tim - creepy. Just like some of the insects on some sci fi films
