The bottom picture is the 84mm Carl Gustarv anti tank so does the ship above have the same name?

Hi Scottie.
Carl Gustav of course but the ship is called something else.
Love the M2 by the way.
Jon.

Was it to do with the Falklands?

Some marines (I think) held off an attack from an Argentine ship, possibly South Georgia...?

That's it.
Royal Marines engaged the Argentine corvette Guerrico with LMG and at least one round from the Carl Gustav, causing her to temporarily withdraw. This was after they'd downed a Puma and pinned down Argentine troops on the other side of the bay.
grytviken 3rd April 1982.
Lee again.

Early on 3 April 1982, Mills received a radio message from HMS Endurance relaying instructions from London that he should make only a token resistance to any Argentine violation of British territory. He allegedly replied "sod that, I'll make their eyes water",[1] a remark that became famous.

During the two-hour Battle of Grytviken on 3 April 1982, Lieutenant Mills' detachment of 22 Royal Marines inflicted damage on the Argentine corvette ARA Guerrico, hitting her with an 84mm anti-tank rocket and many rounds of small arms fire, and shot down a Puma helicopter, killing two Argentine Marines and one sailor, while sustaining one wounded on the British side. The losses suffered at Grytviken prevented Argentina from occupying the rest of the island, with 15 Britons remaining outside Argentine control on several locations from Bird Island and Schlieper Bay in the northwest to St. Andrews Bay to the southeast

Thanks Jon...

Easy peasy this one... what's the weapon system, country of origin and for added bonus rounds per minute?

Thanks Lee, I believe it's the same gun as the A10 Thunderbolt, although the really clever bit is the radar control.
Anyway, this should also be easy - what 'plane is this?

I thought so based on the wheels, but the big block-like thing running down the middle had me puzzled a bit, until I looked at some pictures and realised the door hinges etc. matched.

What is the following a detail photo of?
