I think it is a tank heater or tank engine heater used by the Germans.

Close enough, it’s a cold weather starter used by the Germans. This one was for the SKDFZ 250 series of armoured half tracks.....apparently.

I'll go with the A350-1000 although the 941 seems to have similar landing gear & markings.

Spot on. The -1000 has a six wheel main gear made by UTC Aerospace Systems ...ask me how I know?
