Yoshimura Hyabuse X1 ......... The renowned tuning company Yoshimura took 100 of the already "mental fast" Suzuki Hyabusa and made it even more "mental". They were all in the same livery, and all 100 of them sold out the day they were announced, and they hadn't even made any ......

Here is interpretation of one, finished. Not perfect by any means. The kit was the usual Tamiya standard and sort of fell together. Any mistakes (and there are plenty) are down to me alone and nowt to do with the kit.

Comments good, bad or totally apathetic are appreciated :smiling3:

The build thread is here (if anyone is interested).........

I'm sorry Peter but I have to disagree with your quote on only 100 being built.

You seem to have bypassed the sales team and got yourself 1 ( ok it's 1/12 scale but it's a perfect...........no I retract that it's an impressive Hyabusa ( pocket rocket you have got there) the detail is amazing!!!

I have been watching this build and your attention to detail is very accurate and spot on

I really like this a lot. Love the colour ( another great build to be proud of

Regards

Robert

Great build Peter, I always fancied an Hayabusa, this would have been even more desirable, like it.

Thanks Robert....... That is appreciated mate. Now it's done (and I enjoyed this one), it is a monster bike. I put it next to a GP Honda I built a while back and it sort of dwarfs it......... I'll post up a photo of that tomorrow.

Thanks Steve ......... Me too. In fact if I was offered I'd donate a bloody kidney or a testicle in exchange for an X1 :D

Bikes are something I can't see myself getting into at all, planes are fiddly enough and just looking at the detail on this blows my mind mate!

It's really decent Peter and a build to be proud of.

Cheers

Thanks Phil ...... Much appreciated mate. I find the bikes easy, I understand how they work. Aircraft? I always Bollix them up. So I envy you blokes that can build them...... The photo of your Spitfire you posted was a real peach of a build.

For a Kit that is solely hand painted, you have produced a wonderful model Peter. :smiling3:

I know how much work it takes on these bike's and you should be proud of your self. :smiling3:
