Have dry fitted to check the folding hinge, will start assembling and gluing this weekend. The whole assembly snap fits on the fuselage.
Cheers

Afternoon all
Have done quite a bit since last update
Attached wings to fuselage, tailplane on, wheels attached, put the fuselage glazing in, have masked and painted the canopy.
Paint scheme on, still have bomb bay doors to fix in place, plus the engine cowl. Wings do fold but quite a delicate operation.

Tyres are rubber, as supplied.
Still a lot to do, rockets, auxiliary fuel tanks, and prep for decals.
Cheers
Alun

Hi Alun
Impressive progress and having actual folding bits is a real wow! Looks a lovely kit in fact.
Jim
Methinks a new cutting mat could go on your Christmas list :smiling5:

Hi Jim thanks for comments, you are not the 1st person to mention the cutting mat, funnily the other side is spotless!
I am quite impressed with the kit, instructions are a bit of a challenge, so lots of dry fits and checking, but part quality and quantity is very high.
Cheers
Alun
PS no progress today, too much sport on tv, and 3 shouts in 3 hours on lifeboats. All good results.

Hi Alun
It will be good to see this back on the bench. So much stunning work done already. Unfortunately when time is tight hobby time is the first casualty.

Hi Jim
