While waiting for more parts I detailed the engine with a Graphite pencil to give it a natural metal look and took the pencil and ran around the front end of the fuselage to give it a little more detail enjoy the pics

Papa. Thank you I was very surprised at the results. I may have to build another old Revell kit I have

John. Thanks and its good morning for me. I owe the pencil trick to all you who build military models I have learned a lot. Building to me is more than a art now than modeling I take more pride in it. I never thought this little plane would look like this.

Here’s a update on this little guy I’ve Neglected it for quite some time so here’s a small update. I used a Hobby Boss canopy because the one in the kit was so damaged I also will be using some of the decals from the kit.BBEF1308-2C4E-4860-862A-1239010CF5EA.jpeg0393261C-DF22-467F-903A-74BFBFB1FAE0.jpeg5EDAFF1F-F548-498D-BEB5-15A354C91F7B.jpegAF4407E5-03F2-4951-8E01-F48D8FD780E3.jpeg89ABEF05-E1C4-4288-AD71-D1EEA6BFA62C.jpeg

Hi Lee
Very pleased to see this moving ahead. Glad the Hobby boss canopy has fitted ok. You have made a cracking job of this. Almost there and another Golden Oldie coming soon for you to beat into submission.
