Finally finished it and a struggle it was too...a lot curse words. A simple kit made difficult by me adding led's and fibre optics...got there eventually.

Some scratch making as the huey did not have a cot-but I liked the idea of it, also some first aid boxes and pouches, fire extinguisher.

After-market decals used in places.

Interior lamp orange/amber, instrument lights green and red, nav lights all static apart from the top flashing led. Glad it is finished I was getting fed up near the end.

Enjoy, comments always welcome.

Cheers Peter, glad you like it mate-it fought me near the end. It is a tad tail heavy due to the wiring and connectors-could have been worse, she could have been dragging her arse.

Very good mate looks like with a bit of work it comes out great and you won the battle mate , it was a lion and you fighting in a pit but it's now a puring kitten with back eyes and all submissive:smiling3:

Jeez, mate, never again. Had to use superglue and two part epoxy with clamps to get the two halfs together, looks okay though. Your figure will sit in the back rather nicely, so thanks for that.

I have a cloth to go in the stretcher to hide the batteries and on/off switch.

It maybe a pussycat now...but I have the mauling to prove it was being rather naughty :D

Really glad you like it mate.

Great job there, I think it looks excellent (on a side note my phone autocorrected that to excrement) but it's far from that.

Glad you got there in the end

Looking good, and just enough weathering to look authentic!

Nice one SI. Your imagination is on the go again. Models always look good in an environment.

But when Si do we get the night pictures all lit up ? :D

Plus I am sure that looks like you in the pilots seat. ! :smiling3:

That's a blooming good chopper you got there Si ( you can almost hear the whump whump of the motor, I really like the way you have wethered it too it looks like it's been used a few times and taken a few battle scars with it.

Love the touch of realism with the LED too ( nice touch )

Thank you guys, pleased that you all like it, means I have pulled it off. I have had it outside with the outside lights off and all the optics on the helo going...must admit it did look rather good. Will try and get some piccies later.
