I started this last month so have got on with it I did take pictures upto the current stage. There are a lot of parts and to be honest I'm losing momentum and need a kick up the backside with it.

Anyone interested in following proceedings?

Most certainly :smiling3:

I’ve read that the suspension is difficult to put together, to the extent that people have been designing and offering 3D-printed replacements for it.

Gecko Models will do that to you, I am sure the designer is a bit of a masochist. I have built one of their models and have another half built in a box waiting until I can endure more torture.

I'm very close to that but I always finish one before starting the next, I do think the end is in sight.

As i say i am started with the build in Dec. so a bit of a catch up for the next few posts then it'll slow up.
First up was the drivers seat with all the PE brackets underneath shame it's all hidden once fitted.

There's plenty of tie downs etc. to be fitted, I do sometimes consider if they are worth it but I surprise myself sometimes if I use a little patience these are for the rear grill.

Things moved along the PE continued I've never used so much but after making a small applicator to put tiny amounts of cyano on it became easier to do, hull halves went on to the chassis OK a small clamp helped keep it lined up.
A spray of silver (nearly everything inside is silver )and the shells painted and loaded into their boxes im not sure why the boxes were PE and not moulded. Rear steering wheel battery switch panels picked out in black.

Onto the turret this is very delicate there's only six thin struts holding the rotating floor section I'll be amazed if it survives, the radio is on with its guard and the ammo tins for the besa. The main gun is going together a few more bits to go on that. Small steps and it's slowly getting there.
