As the title, I wanted some figures to match the Hobby Boss tank riders shown in the box art

Having searched the web the only ones I can see are those jumping off , I just wanted some standing, so any suggestions please.

Bet someone can find some !

Thanks.John

I will look on some of the 3d printing pages and see whats available there. but that would be a more expensive solution.

Thanks Gary for looking, I definitely looked in the wrong place as never saw MiniArt.

Surely some bog standard standing russian infantry is what you need John? The fact that they will be standing on a tank is irrelevant.
Using the term tank rider is just a red herring
( pun intended, I Thank Yew!)

Right thanks for the suggestions ,Neil is quite correct , I would like to have standing figures.

I've a group of Germans , that I think could be altered . Could use some Hornet heads if the helmets are moulded on the Germans .

Nothing is simple is it !

https://stalingrad.diorama.ru/

seems to have some lovely figures
They do indeed Joe, just wish I was able to paint to match their quality.

Not cheap, and they would need a little modification -

These are also in my list of " when I can paint to match their quality."

Again thanks for looking .

I think your best bet (or at least the easiest to convert) would be these?

IMG_0624.jpeg

A long time ago I converted a set of Miniart Russian and German infantry (Kursk dio if anyone remembers it). I was pleased with the results and it’s not that difficult to do.
If I see anything closer I’ll be sure and post.
All the best
Paul

In my experience with painting the Tommy's War figures recently, I found it very enjoyable to paint the well-sculpted figures, and you know I don't really enjoy painting, John!
So why not buy just one and give it a try?
