i dont like warhammer but i fancied getting one to practice figure painting.

this one was di-cast and i loved the "bad-ass" look about it.

cost £5 which i spoze is quite a bit but nevermind!

i have no idea bout warhammer painting schemes. I know they all have their own special colours depending on what regement their in and what weapons they have/rank...etc but i just made one up. the main colours are dark green and copper with a bit of silver, black, white, red and orange. oh and grey with a nice wash and some highlights for the smoke stuff at the bottom.

That's very cool! And it scares the h$%## out of me too! Good job as those figures seem very difficult to paint.

Must agree it looks good

I been wanting to do a Fantasy Figure but I worry doing flesh tones saw some 'Flats' at a local show which appealed but I dont know where to buy them in the U.K.

I use minature paints from Gamecraft in Liverpool or De Bens Industries in Newtown Powys. Don't know if either are still around, but the games workshop stuff is okay if you can find the right colour.
