Started work on this fantastic bust of La Charra A personification of death, Santa Muerte is associated with healing, protection, and safe delivery to the afterlife by her devotees. Despite opposition by the Catholic Church, her cult arose from popular Mexican folk belief, a syncretism between indigenous Mesoamerican and Spanish Catholic beliefs and practices.


She is been painted in Oils.

I need to sort out her eye makeup; needs more painting, her skin tone; whites need adding. her hat has only had the first coat of acrlics, so needs a 2nd one then i can start adding the gold via printers gold ink.
