Fokker D7-Whilst cruising along at 300 feet elevator joiner detached in flight,dived into ground landed in scrubland,extensive damage to nose which was written off and wing attachment points torn away,undercarriage buckled.
New nose built and grafted on and other repairs undertaken,flying again within three days.
