The Storch is finally finished after 5 months. There was a bit of a hiccup in January when I lost my Mojo but now I'm please to say that it has fully returned.

The Storch was a relatively simple build with only the under cart and wing attachment being a bit of a fiddle. This one was straight out of the box with the exception of resin wheels, Eduard canopy masks and some lead wiring for the brake hoses. Thanks for all your support and comments during the build any comments welcome.

You've done a great job there Vaughan! That's an excellent rendition of a graceful elegant aircraft.

Although you wouldn't catch me flying in one!

Cheers

Looks great!

I have a love of all things German, so right away off to a good start. I have yet to tackle my own 32scale (262), and I think I probably distracted myself with those Uboats because I'm still not sure how to tackle it. (or when). I know what you mean about lost mojos, as for several weeks myself I just didn't feel like painting or gluing anything. That's going away now too, and it's nice to see a newly completed project to help restore some motivation.

Again, 5 star effort from me!

That's a great build Vaughan, those spars look very fragile, you must have a delicate touch. Cheers Derek

Hi Vaughan

The Storch turned out brilliantly - makes me want to buy the kit.

This is a superb finish to an aircraft kit which can't be the easiest to put together or paint. Large canopy, awkward wing attachment and the delicate undercarriage all contribute to a harder than usual build but you've tackled them all so well.

Superb stuff and a gong for sure!

Paul

Ps. What's next?

Super work Vaughan, glad you managed to press on and the finish was very much worth the wait.

Superbly built and finished Vaughan . The paint job is excellent and it cant have been an easy ride , what with the canopy and very frail nature of the aircraft. Great build mate , whats next? cheers tony

Absolutely top job Vaughan. I can see some veeery tricky bits on that model and you have nailed them with some aplomb. Very well done indeed!

If finishing this one so well doesn't get your mojo risin' then nothing will :smiling3:

Cheers

Steve
