My top tip for metal tracks is to bin the wire and use dressmakers pins. The holes in the track are usually .5mm, I use .53mm pins, snip off the pointy end and insert, then snip of the bit still sticking out. No need for glue doing it this way.
thank you for the insight.. I think I shall be trying that method ...I saw a video to drill a hole into a block of wood after measuring the length needed by the track ...then insert the wire, snip it off at the proper length...suppose I could use that same theory with the pins..
