Base is by Petes Bases, water is from Green stuff world;

Water on his hand and flag pole is made from hot glue.

Water the flag sits in is from UV Clear resin, amazing stuff , when using the UV torch it settles in minutes !, waves are from Vallejo water effects

That is brilliant Steve. We are used to seeing superb figure painting from you but here the flag and the water really stand out. Very nicely displayed.

It’s gloss varnish that’s flicked on using a loaded brush and a cocktail stick
