I will do that. Thank you!Hi Steven
Look for fishing fly tying suppliers. it’s on Amazon as well....comes in all sorts of diameters, and even flat ribbon.
What is the thinest wire that is available out there? I've seen some down to 0.1mm. But is there thinner?
This place seems to do the thinnest out there, does a wire that goes down to 0.004mm : https://luma-metall.com
edit: I realise its not lead wire
I’m guessing it’s not gonna be cheap though, I checked the insides of an old computer monitor cable (I think it was an old vga to hdmi cable) and the cables inside are 0.25mm with out the insulation on them. I’d expect that usb cables will be around the same dimensionsNot bothered if its lead or not. As long as i can bend it into different shapes. I try and make wiring looms for aircraft so really thin is best
At 1/32 each wire would be 1.6 mm thick. That’s like bell wire Alan. Pretty fine for aircraft application, especially military use.
